The first bike they sent had a big scratch and a cut wire, but customer service handled it quickly and exchanged it for a brand new one. On the plus side, it's compact and fast. The removable battery and the rear rack are also big pluses. I wish the battery indicator was more precise, and I prefer to pedal a bit harder in pedal-assist mode. Overall, it would be difficult to find a better value e-bike.

Plie,la batterie que l on peut retirer,le support a l arrière et même les pédales qui se replie c est plus facile quand on marche avec et quand on le place dans la voiture sur le siège arrière ,le format est idéal et l autonomie qui est très suffisant pour tou5 ce que l on fait en ville,Québec possède beaucoup de côte le moteur de 350 w est surprenant ,il donne assez de puissance pour nos besoins ,c est le vélo idéal ,même ceux qui possède une autre marque nous arrête pour regarder cette petite merveille d ingénierie ,et surtout le service après vente qui est excellent ,ils répondent très rapidement aux couriel ,,wow nous sommes extrêmement satisfait nous recomendont ce produit ,c est ce qui se fait de mieux dans ce crenault de velo de ville ,bravo Windone. I recently bought both the Windone S14 and S16, and I have to say, my experience with these e-bikes has been absolutely fantastic. I will share my experience of riding S14, which has exceeded my expectations in many ways.The ride is incredibly smooth and flexible, making it perfect for commuting or just enjoying a relaxing ride around the city. One of the things I love most is its portability.you can carry the bike or its battery almost anywhere. Whether you're at work, Tim Hortons or Starbucks, or even visiting a friend, it's super convenient to remove the battery and charge it on the go.
The bike goes upto 32Km/h. It’s also very easy to maintain and fix if needed. Plus, Windone’s customer service is topnotch and always responsive, supportive, and helpful whenever I’ve had questions or minor issues.
If you’re thinking about getting an e-bike, I highly recommend the Windone S14. Trust me, this bike is a solid choice.

I had a previous e-bike that worked fine but was much heavier and harder to maneuver. This one is a lightweight, super easy to handle, and surprisingly fast, even with just one gear. The ride feels smooth and effortless, especially in the city or on bike paths. I didn’t expect a single-gear e-bike to perform this well, but it exceeded my expectations. Definitely recommend it if you’re looking for something simple, efficient, and fun to ride!

After watching several videos i unfolded and put parts where they belonged no major issues. I charged the battery.
Took my S14 for a little run and it worked great - did a little pedal work. Long time since I’ve been on a bike ( so a little relearning curve - balance etc ) seat adjustment stuff etc no problem. A little grease on the chain - checked the tires, horn and lights- all good. Checked out the disc brakes 👍🏼
I found the handlebar a little narrow - I need a rear view mirror so thinking about how to solve that. On the level it’s a tiger, up hill needs a little pedal support depending on the slope. All things considered i rate it a 5. I haven’t refolded the bike yet but I suspect no issues - watch a few videos.
