The RM7 reaches up to 37 mph (60 km/h) in its highest speed mode.
Three selectable speed levels allow safe riding for beginners, teens, and adults.
Under typical riding conditions, the RM7 offers up to 46.6 miles (75 km) of range with pedal assist.
Actual range varies based on terrain, rider weight, temperature, and riding style.
The RM7 is rated IPX4 water-resistant, meaning it can handle light rain and splashes.
However, deep water, heavy rain, and submersion are not recommended, as they may damage electrical components.
The RM7 arrives 90% pre-assembled. Most customers only need to install the handlebars, front wheel, and a few minor parts.
E01 — Controller Error
Meaning: The controller is not functioning properly.
How to check:
- Ensure all controller connectors are fully plugged in
- Check for loose, damaged, or corroded wires
- Replace the controller if the issue persists
E22 — Throttle Error
Meaning: Throttle signal abnormal.
How to check:
- Confirm the throttle returns to its neutral position
- Check the throttle connector for looseness or damage
- Replace the throttle assembly if needed
E23 — Motor Hall Error
Meaning: Abnormal motor Hall sensor signal.
How to check:
- Check the motor Hall connector for secure contact
- Inspect wiring for damage
- Sensor may need replacement; in some cases the motor assembly may require service
E24 — Motor Hall Signal Lost
Meaning: No Hall sensor signal detected.
How to check:
- Ensure the motor Hall connector is fully inserted
- If wiring is intact but no signal is detected, the Hall sensor is likely faulty and may need replacement
E25 — Brake Sensor Error
Meaning: Brake sensor is triggered or sending abnormal signal.
How to check:
- Ensure brake levers return fully after releasing
- Check brake sensor wires for damage or loose connections
- Replace the brake lever/sensor if necessary
E26 — Low Battery Voltage
Meaning: Battery voltage is below the operating range.
How to fix:
- Fully charge the battery
- If low voltage remains after charging, contact customer support to check battery health
E30 — Dashboard Communication Error
Meaning: The display and controller cannot communicate.
How to check:
- Check the display connector for proper contact
- Ensure cables are not loose or damaged
- Replace the display or controller if the issue continues
E40 — Controller Cannot Receive Display Signal
Meaning: The controller is not receiving data from the display.
How to check:
